The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park offers many park model designs that may be purchased by those wishing for second home or vacation use. As the amount of events continue to increase at the park, the desire to have a personalized park model is at the top of most people's list.

While we have units in stock, we can also order to your specific taste. One and two bedroom park model homes, some with lofts, are available in an array of styles and colors, ordered from what we consider to be the top manufacturers in the country. All units currently in stock come with furniture, appliances, deck and a Lifetime Membership to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. Many have customized their decks to include large screened in porches and patio rooms that enhance the overall experience!

When buying a park model home, it must be remembered that these are considered "second or vacation" homes, and not to be used for year round residency. One of the best things about owning a park model home at the Spirit of the Suwannee is the ability to have it placed in the park's rental pool when not staying there! There is a huge demand for these units during our special events, holiday weekends, festivals, class and family reunions, corporate functions and weddings held at the park. Many times there are waiting lists due to the desire of staying in one of these luxurious homes. Having the ability to add the home into the rental pool "assists" people with the cost of owning one and getting it paid off in a shorter time period.



We offer custom financing to our buyers. With a minimal down payment, the remainder of the balance may be paid directly to the park through monthly payments amortized over a 10 year period. Spirit of the Suwannee park model owners will enjoy all the fantastic benefits as other Members of the park including reduced ticket prices for music shows, tree house access during our main stage events, discounts on all park merchandise, reduced canoeing and the ability to never pay trail fees for their golf carts again!! Many people that have campers or motor homes have "graduated" into the ownership of one of these fine homes and no longer have the hassle of setting up the unit or paying for fuel moving it from one place to another. It enables them to drive here at their leisure and realize their relaxation is now as simple as inserting the key in the door and putting their feet up!
